With extensive experience in boxing and delivering fitness programs, his passion for the sport is matched only by his dedication to helping seniors and individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities. As a rehab therapist and certified Rock Steady Program instructor, Frankie specializes in boxing classes that improve mobility, strength, and quality of life, particularly for those with conditions like Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, and autism. He excels at building strong relationships and fostering a supportive, sociable environment, where every participant feels empowered and valued. Medix Boxing offers a holistic fitness program that promotes both physical and mental wellness, ensuring individuals of all abilities thrive in a community-driven environment. With Frankie’s wealth of experience and visionary approach, Medix Boxing creates lasting positive change in the lives of its participants, helping them unlock their full potential in a safe and inclusive space.

As a globally certified Behavioral Scientist, Nelson combines his expertise in human behavior, data, and AI to create evidence-based wellness programs that drive real impact. His experience as a board advisor to a global Data/AI firm and a fintech adds further depth to his strategic and technological capabilities, allowing him to lead innovation and navigate complex, tech-driven environments with ease.
