As a rehab therapist and certified instructor, Frankie specializes in boxing classes that improve mobility, strength, and quality of life, particularly for those with conditions like Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, and autism. He excels at building strong relationships and fostering a supportive, sociable environment, where every participant feels empowered and valued. Medix Boxing offers a holistic fitness program that promotes both physical and mental wellness, ensuring individuals of all abilities thrive in a community-driven environment. With Frankie’s wealth of experience and visionary approach, Medix Boxing creates lasting positive change in the lives of its participants, helping them unlock their full potential in a safe and inclusive space.
Nelson Sandhu
Nelson Sandhu is a co-founder of Medix Boxing Inc., bringing a wealth of global experience in operations, people development, and business transformation. With advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Ivey Business School, University of Oxford, Wharton, INSEAD, and the London School of Economics (LSE), as well as fluency in five languages, Nelson combines deep academic knowledge with practical leadership. He is also a Certified Global Behavioral Scientist, further enhancing his ability to drive impactful change.
His career spans both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, where he has successfully driven innovation by aligning talent, technology, and business strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.
